Uninstalled app leaves behind orphaned sandbox/builder data (~2-3 GB) #2857

Describe the bug / provide steps to reproduce it

I previously installed this code editor app and used an Android builder plugin/extension. Through that plugin, I downloaded additional packages like Node.js and other build tools, bringing the total setup size to around 2–3 GB.
Recently, I completely uninstalled the app from my device. However, it appears that the data inside the internal sandbox environment (the packages and files downloaded by the plugin) was left behind and not erased from my device storage.
Since my device's physical volume buttons are broken, I cannot easily boot into recovery mode to clear the system cache partition, and the standard app uninstallation did not clean up these hidden sandbox directories.
Could you please look into how the uninstaller handles cleanup of files downloaded via plugins or sandbox environments? Is there any recommended method or script (via adb or file manager paths, if accessible) to safely locate and purge these orphaned residual files without having to perform a factory reset?
Thank you!
