Syntax for object definition #8

Description

@BraedonWooding

Either;

A : B::C() {
}

or

A : B = B::C() {
}
// Which is the same as
A := B::C() {
}

The second syntax is more inline with literal definition which is a : b = c i.e. myNum : int = 5 or myNum := 5
