MMWD is deploying MM/L even if `ModuleManagerWatchDog`'s `PrefersMyFork` is set to `False`

As the title says.

If the user had already said that he want to use the Forum's fork, MMWD (or any other deployment tool) should not install my fork. It will only trigger an warning later on the next reboot after removing the thing.
