Bag Info fields jumbled after Bagging completed

Version: Bagger 2.8.1
OS: Windows 10

Steps to reproduce:

• Create new bag
• Select a profile
• Complete fields in Bag Info pane
• Add content and save bag
• Bag is saved but completed fields in Bag Info pane are (seemingly) randomly jumbled
