Since GeoDMS 20.23.1: the version labels of the interim builds name the release
The changes since 20.20.0 were labelled with the version of the build they first came in: 20.21.0,
20.22.0, 20.22.1 and, on one page, 20.23.0. None of those was published as a release that stayed;
20.23.1 is the first in all four flavours, so a reader on a released version could not tell from
the label whether their build has the change. Every "Since GeoDMS 20.21.0" and the like, also in
the forms "since 20.22.0", "*(since 20.21.0)*" and "_(20.22.0+)_", now says 20.23.1: 153 labels on
89 pages, replaced by one exact pattern and checked word by word in the diff, which holds only
version numbers.
By hand, where a version was named without "since": the order of the spatial index changed in
20.23.1 (Connect, Connect_neighbour, Deterministic-and-unspecified-results); Python-bindings says
"before 20.23.1" and "20.23.1 and later"; Arc-visualisation says the wide dashed pens were drawn
solid from 20.0.0 on and before 20.23.1; the "since version" of pareto_optimal and
pareto_optimal_eps is 20.23.1, and the epsilon of Impedance-options and impedance_matrix lost its
"relative since" that now named the same version twice. Left as they are: the two sentences on
what the interim builds 20.21.0 to 20.22.1 did with an epsilon, which is what someone who ran
those builds needs to know.

#1273 Pie Chart in the View menu and the TreeView pop-up, since 20.21.0
Main-menu: the new View entry, what a slice is, the legend, the Donut toggle, what happens to
null and negative values, and the two new window titles. TreeView: the fifth chart entry in the
pop-up, nine view entries now. Gui-scripting: SEND code 12 takes the chart kind as payload
(4 = Pie) and code 11 opens a Table View; both were described as stubs.
The two screenshots, images/GUI/main_menu_view.png and images/GUI/popupmenu.png, still show
four chart entries and are to be retaken.

#1249 Step up to FailReason and Causa Prima follow a failure from a container again
Both options are enabled from WasInFailed, which since the std-ptr migration walked to the
parent through a cast that no TreeItem passes, so it never looked at an ancestor. On an item
that had not failed in its own right both entries stayed greyed out and F2 did nothing, even
when the failure came from a container above it. Fixed in 4d422d9d9, so the page now says on
which items the two options apply.
Document how the active TreeView item is marked (#1235)
TreeView gains a section under colours saying what the active item looks like
since 20.19.2: its state colour tinted with the theme's selection colour, a
dotted caret while the TreeView holds the keyboard focus, and a weaker tint
without one when the focus is elsewhere. It also says why the colour is tinted
rather than replaced, and that a state colour which is already the selection
colour is lightened or darkened instead.
Before, nothing marked the active item at all: the outline the code drew was
painted over by the item background, which is what made this hard to notice as
a bug rather than a preference.
The Follow OS layout entry in GUI Options dialog points back, since the answer
to "does this follow my theme" is the same whether that option is on or off.
Give each chart kind its own icon on both menu pages (GeoDMS #1211)
Up to and including 20.17.x all four chart entries wore the icon of the
Statistics view; each now has one of its own, in the View menu, in the
TreeView's pop-up menu and on the window it opens. What tells the two bar icons
apart is what tells the two charts apart: the bins of a histogram touch, the
bars of a bar chart stand apart.
Both screenshots are retaken. The pop-up one is right-clicked on a polygon
attribute, so its four chart entries are disabled -- which the page now says,
since that state is easy to misread as the entries being broken.

Name the view entries after their view, in both menus (GeoDMS #1220)
The View menu and the TreeView's pop-up menu are one set of entries, so both
pages describe the same eight: 'Table' and 'Map' are now 'Table View' and
'Map View', and the four chart entries lost their leading 'Create'.
The four chart entries were never listed on either page -- the View menu shot
predated them -- so they are added here with what each one draws, and both
screenshots are retaken from the current build. The pop-up shot is taken on a
mappable numeric attribute, so every view entry in it is enabled.

Show the new icons in the menus and window titles (GeoDMS #1220)
The View and Window menus and the title bars of the view windows now draw from
the same font as the TreeView icons of 20.17.0, so the Main menu screenshots
were out of date twice over: they still showed the bitmaps, and the View menu
one predates the four chart entries of #75 entirely.
The View entry 'Default' is now named 'Default View' and no longer has a fixed
icon: it shows the icon of the viewer it will open on the active item, i.e. the
same icon as the Map or the Table entry below it. A tree icon says what an item
IS, a menu icon says which view an entry opens -- the pages now say which is
which.
Also corrected in the Window section: the active view is marked with a check
mark, not with a blue background in its icon.

GUI manual: what the standard prelude is, and why it replaced the rewrite rules

TreeView: say why a projected CRS unit shows the measuring tape (GeoDMS #319)
TreeView: a function gets a boxed F of its own (GeoDMS #319)
GUI manual: the tree icon says what an item is, not which viewer opens on it (GeoDMS #319)
TreeView: the domain gets the table icon, an attribute one column of it (GeoDMS #319)
TreeView: units get their own icons, and a compass marks a CRS (GeoDMS #319)
Since 20.17.0 the tree icon says what an item IS rather than which views can be
opened on it, which is what made a unit with subitems look like a container and
an empty container fall through to the measuring-tape icon. Units now have four
icons of their own (grid domain, other domain, base unit, values unit), the
measuring tape is the base unit alone, and class-break attributes join the
palette icon they always belonged with.
A unit that is in a coordinate reference system, whether declared or inherited
through its projection, gets a compass badge next to its name; SpatialReference
points back at it.
Table-View and Map-View referred to the old tree bitmaps for "the item with this
icon opens in a table/map"; they now show the new ones.
Fix migration artifacts, typos and dead links across the wiki
Sweep of all 867 pages: MediaWiki-to-GitHub migration damage repaired
(wikilink artifacts, reversed link order, broken code blocks, image
links restored as embeds), 2200+ typo/grammar/dead-link fixes, and
remaining CalcCache references removed or marked version-historical.
Factual example errors corrected where unambiguous (a.o. Boundcenter,
Ge_or_rhs_null, Capacitated_connect, Dpoint, Modus).
