Subject: [PATCH] ci: replace the Pages site with a redirect to the reference
 documentation on qtsurfer.com

The reference documentation of this project is published on www.qtsurfer.com
under /reference. The GitHub Pages site of this repository now only redirects
there, keeping the page path, the query and the fragment, so the links already
published in package metadata and release notes keep working.

The pages to serve are in pages-redirect/ and a new workflow deploys them when
they change. The release no longer builds the documentation for Pages: the
archive of the documentation attached to each release, which the website
publishes, is unchanged.
