PRs opened by the bugsee-ai-skills-sync GitHub App (bugsee/docs "sync agent skills") fail the review job with "Workflow initiated by non-human actor", turning an otherwise green PR red. Skip them at the job level, the same way dependabot and coderabbitai runs are already skipped.
