From 0407173b3ff9c4f3a5d3d6f545023f513bf46c02 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: "engrams-agent[bot]" <289318790+engrams-agent[bot]@users.noreply.github.com> Date: Sun, 4 Oct 2026 11:48:50 +0000 Subject: [PATCH 1/2] chore(build): raise the declared Rust floor from 1.80 to 1.94 sqlx 0.9 requires Rust 1.94. The stale 1.80 declaration made Dependabot skip the sqlx 0.9 proposal entirely, because its cargo updater refuses to propose a version whose rust_version exceeds the workspace floor. The toolchain channel is already `stable` (rust-toolchain.toml), so CI builds with the newest Rust regardless. This raises only the declared floor to match what the next database-layer major needs, so the sqlx 0.9 proposal can arrive on the next weekly run. A push fires pull_request_target:synchronize, which runs the CLA workflow and posts the cla status for the allowlisted author. Co-Authored-By: Claude Code
