From 4959e9a1b07a118976f5c9f3c627ee6a811723b8 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: slopbot9k Date: Mon, 19 Oct 2026 16:23:22 -0600 Subject: [PATCH] Pin Rust 1.99.1 so Apple dylibs load on iOS 27 and macOS 27 Rust releases before 1.98 strip release-profile debuginfo on Apple targets with the bundled rust-objcopy, which can leave the Mach-O __LINKEDIT string pool 4-byte aligned. Libraries built that way against the iOS 27 / macOS 27 SDKs are rejected by dyld ("mis-aligned LINKEDIT string pool") and by Xcode 27's ld. Rust 1.98.0 fixed the layout (rust-lang/rust#157750), so pin 1.99.1 and update the references to the previous version. --- README.md | 2 +- rust/rust-toolchain.toml | 2 +- 2 files changed, 2 insertions(+), 2 deletions(-) diff --git a/README.md b/README.md index e2fb326..f694da2 100644 --- a/README.md +++ b/README.md @@ -31,7 +31,7 @@ Use the same root pubspec settings and normal Flutter commands in CI, such as ## Build from source -Omit the prebuilt settings or set `native_build: source`.
