Subject: [PATCH 1/6] feat(memory): memory scopes for work, personal and
 projects (#155)

Memories are kept for Personal (default; existing memories migrate there), Work,
a named project, or every chat. Chats, tasks and messaging apps have a scope:
recall reads it plus the always memories, saving goes into it, and work chats
leave out personal profile files and relationship insights. Chat header picker,
Memory screen filter, move and reset. SCHEMA_VERSION 11.
