Change property names for ServiceQueryServiceFilter

This will be a breaking change for users of the servicequery.js javascript file!

Need to rename properties to:

• FilterType to Filter
• Properties to Props
• Values to Vals

Need to package the javascript somehow. Either apart of NuGet, npm, bower, etc.

Also, all exposed property names should be lower case so no dependency on case sensitivity and how API serializes property names. This should be done for the following file:
