PORT env var setting is not being honored

I would expect the following to start muppet on port 5110 but it starts it on the default port 3553.

PORT=5110 npx @muppet-kit/inspector@latest

Seems to be working on the latest version

Strange, everything looks the same except the port printed in the inspector url, which points to defaul port 3553.
I am using bash shell on MacBook Pro.

I am using zsh and you're right it is not working on bash, not sure why tho
