On npm today `next` is 8.0.0-rc.10 and `latest` is 8.0.0-rc.20. - Install commands use the plain package name. - "public beta" becomes "release candidate", the wording the READMEs already use in their notes section. - The root README's command list names `postgres` and `service`, the groups the CLI mounts, in place of `database` and `app`.
