Subject: [PATCH] fix: rebrand hardcoded TUI and web-app product strings

Rebrand the user-visible "OpenCode" strings that live outside the i18n
dicts in fork-shipped surfaces: TUI update toast, permission dialog,
notification fallback title and sound-pack display name, WSL settings
actions, app-menu documentation item and aria-labels, help-button
aria-label, and the PWA apple-mobile-web-app-title. Update the UI
branding gap bullet in DIVERGENCES.md, which stalely claimed these
strings existed only in the en/es locale files.
