We lost the `shouldly.io` domain (see https://github.com/shouldly/shouldly/issues/860), and I have `shouldly.org` redirecting to `docs.shouldly.org`. Maintaining a copy of the readme from https://github.com/shouldly/shouldly in this repo doesn't seem optimal.
