Browser support through sql wasm

Hello,

First of all, thanks a lot for all your work for the clojure community, my first interaction with datalog was through datascript and I loved it.

I was wondering if we could extend this library to cljs: I read that we can use sqlite as backend, and from a high level perspective, there seems to be sql lite on the browser with wasm.

My question: do you think it would be feasible to adapt the library to support that backend? If yes, how much work do you think it is, what kind of steps would be necessary?

It depends. DataScript plays well with synchronous APIs and doesn’t with async. If sqlite is synchronous than it might work. Is it?

According to the docs and the name of the function, the webworker performs synchronous operations. Another evidence would be that sqlite wasm tries to mimic sqlite, hence if sqlite is synchronous, the wasm version should as well.

How could we test this?
