Event Request Process Flow (organizer perspective)

• Organizer submits event request
• Organizer receives confirmation E-Mail from events@abtech.org (see Utility & Configuration Management)
• Event Router is notified of event request via E-Mail & appends request to a queue of pending events (see Internal Role & Membership Management)
• Event Router deals with request (asks for more information if necessary)
• Event Router or newly appointed Event Administrator comes up with quote and sends to organizer as attachment/html page
