hyp3_insar_stack_for_ts_analysis.ipynb empty plots #751

Describe the bug
When running the tutorial https://github.com/ASFHyP3/hyp3-docs/blob/develop/docs/tutorials/hyp3_insar_stack_for_ts_analysis.ipynb, everything seems to run smouthly, however, the produced plots are empty.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Run the full tutorial
Expected behavior
Everything seems to run smoothly, data are downloaded and no error are displayed, but the plots created in the last two cells show-up empty.
