docs(architecture): Cartesian epistemic self-model, presence and self-reflection

Architecture documentation

Creates the previously absent lowercase .claude/architecture/ folder with:

• Cartesian Epistemic Self-Model: the Cartesian thought-first addressing thesis, 64×65,536 occupancy duality (per-row written-by u64 versus per-thought presence planes), CE64 59..63 declared EpistemicState5, alpha-channel saccades, selective Datalog/relalg, self-model + replay, provenance, and independent oracle boundaries.
• README: entry point and precedence of code, measured probes, and research hypotheses.

What this does not claim

• CE64 bit 46..49 / 50..52 / W 53..58 migration is complete.
• Recursive Datalog, a production Hyperon bridge, and verified self-improving reasoning already ship.
• Presence or attention is evidence, negation without closure is justified, Datalog dependency is necessarily causality, or SAG D-SAG-1: software-awareness graph — lance-graph's own methods, programs and evidence as Quack-queried rows #1509's withdrawn runtime is still on main.
• A new CE64 layout, opcode, store, interpreter, ref/gather scheme, or mutation authorization.

Verification

• Based on the current lance-graph/main at 6cd33868: compare shows 2 ahead, 0 behind, only two new documentation files.
• ndarray/master checked at 37a3b595; no ndarray change/branch required for this docs PR.
• Both files re-read from the branch; 5 Markdown relative links validated against the repository tree.
• No runtime tests run (documentation-only).

Architectural next gates (proposed, not shipped)

Independent oracles for occupancy/absence, declared CE64 readings, source-root independence, finite Datalog parity, counterfactual replay, version safety, blinded self-prediction, and equal-budget attention policies.
