D-DT64-0 | Architecture and cross-project roadmap

Versioned DT64 (DTO Tensor 64) semantic predicate interface between original IAM/AD/Entra/Exchange, Odoo and SAP DTOs and native Quack/DR algebra. The 64 predicates are a logical proposed registry, not ClassView::FieldMask, a new runtime or an admitted DR³ third axis. No source data written.

DT64 ↔ Quack first-binding coordination (2026-10-26)

DT64-QB minimal interface and eight-predicate oracle narrows the first executable gate: DT64 provides source-attested typed semantic bindings and borrowed lanes; Quack/RelAlg/R2IL/mask-risc execute relational algebra. ndarray owns numerics, D-NAM owns numerical methods; ONNX/TFLite remain leaf targets. A reusable compiled recipe is not permission to reuse an escaped Keep mask (#1792 MERGED; escaped authority still OPEN). No new runtime, mandatory DR³ tensor or production code is authorized by these docs.
