People can post an outcome before a provider exists, attach a time-bounded offer with optional note backing, and answer with a project without treating the request as a work-item id.

Reviewed all changed files against dev and fixed slug normalization, malformed amount handling, exact-version approval and acceptance, decision pointer authority, chain-scoped backing, and wallet-owned UI controls. Payment reports are explicitly unverified; project authority verification and remaining UI work are tracked in TODO.md. Local lint, build, fast tests, focused regressions, typechecks, docs links, and Docker integration tests passed. No further blocking findings within the documented first-slice scope.

People can now publish requests for work before a project exists, attach funding offers, and respond with projects and work items. Immutable PublishedData versions and mutable-ref histories preserve the terms each offer, response, acceptance, and decision names.
The SDK folds note backing with shared-balance allocation and keeps intentions, backing, approvals, and reported contributions/refunds separate. Commonality adds list, publish, and detail pages under
/work/requests. Decisions apply only to exact offer/response versions; providers can accept responses authored by another wallet, and donors act on their own offers.Contribution/refund transactions and project-beneficiary/work-registry relationships still need verification. The UI identifies payment totals as unverified reports; TODO.md tracks those gaps, revision/withdrawal controls, and a live browser demonstration. This adds no spending or work-registry behavior.
Validation passed: focused work-request SDK regressions (3 tests), UI regressions (4 tests), SDK/UI typechecks, docs links, repository lint/build/fast suite, and Docker integration suite (107 passing, 1 pending). The integration result is recorded in the verifier workspace. No live browser playground demonstration was run.
