[PWGLF] nsigmaTPC cut for filling TOF mass histograms in PWGLF/TableProducer/Nuspex/deuteronInTriggeredEvents.cxx

I added a preselection for tracks filling the $m_{\text{TOF}}$ histograms by requiring $\vert{}n\sigma_{\text{TPC}}\vert{} < \text{threshold}$ (line 874).

I addressed also several O2-linter warnings as requested in the previous PR.
