[PWGLF] Modified track selection criteria in deuteron analysis

I modified two tasks.

• PWGLF/TableProducer/Nuspex/deuteronInTriggeredEvents: removed track selection on $R_{TPC}$ (lines 286 and 780) and solved O2linter error (line 994)

• PWGLF/Tasks/Nuspex/deuteronInJetsTrgPt: removed track selection on $R_{TPC}$ (line 346) and other unused configurables. I changed task name and variables name to satisfy O2linter requirements
