Closed as out of scope (scope correction of 2026-10-09). The work is not rejected on its merits: ArcNotes is not part of the active product scope. P2-019 removed it from the family, and the 2026-10-09 scope correction narrows the active plan to a commercially operable ArcScope system. Excluded products are not migrated, repaired or maintained. The change is preserved on branch |
