sources/dgl/quick_start.md：在单卡昇腾 NPU 上使用 Python 3.10、CANN 9.1.0 环境，源码编译并安装 DGL-Ascend，安装 Cython 3.0.12 与运行依赖，核对安装库与本次编译产物一致后，用官方 Gowalla 数据运行 LightGCN 一轮训练，校验 NPU 设备、完整图度数、训练完成及有限 BPR 损失。变更文件
sources/dgl/quick_start.md、sources/dgl/index.rst、tests/dgl/、.github/workflows/dgl-quick-start.ymlconf.py将sources/dgl/quick_start.md加入exclude_patterns；首页index.rst新增 DGL 卡片，并在 toctree 收录sources/dgl/index.rstdgl-quick-start.yml支持手动触发和sources/dgl/**、tests/dgl/**的 PR 触发；定时 schedule 暂保持注释验证
dgl-quick-startworkflow，完成一轮 NPU 看护测试。
