chore(ios): move to com.assemblyai.blurt.iphone for the AssemblyAI team - #252

Conversation
com.assemblyai.blurt.ios was registered, and a build uploaded, under a personal team before the AssemblyAI organization existed. A bundle id a build was uploaded under can't be reused, and an app can't be transferred between accounts until a version is released, so the iPhone app moves to com.assemblyai.blurt.iphone: the app, keyboard, frameworks and tests, the App Group (group.com.assemblyai.blurt.iphone), the Darwin notification names, the log subsystem, the capture queues and the simulator scripts. .iphone leaves com.assemblyai.blurt free for a future AssemblyAI-owned Mac app; the Mac app's dev.alex.blurt ids are unchanged. What & why
com.assemblyai.blurt.ioswas registered, and a build uploaded, under a personal Apple developer team before the AssemblyAI organization existed. Apple doesn't allow reusing a bundle ID once a build has been uploaded under it, and an app can't be transferred between accounts until it has a version released on the App Store. So the iPhone app moves to a new ID for the AssemblyAI team.com.assemblyai.blurt.iphonecom.assemblyai.blurt.iphone.keyboardgroup.com.assemblyai.blurt.iphone.iphone.core,.iphone.design,.iphone.tests,.iphone.probeThe rename also covers the Darwin notification names the app and keyboard share, the log subsystem, the capture queues, and the simulator scripts. A comment in
project.ymlrecords why the ID isn't.ios. Using.iphoneleavescom.assemblyai.blurtfree for a future AssemblyAI-owned Mac app.Desktop is unchanged: the Mac app keeps its
dev.alex.blurtIDs. Nothing has shipped on iPhone, so no installed data is orphaned. How it was tested
scripts/ios-check.sh: 144 tests, BlurtiOSCore 97.17%, analyze, periphery and the probe build all pass.Release build for
generic/platform=iOS: the app and keyboard identifiers are as above, and both entitlements carrygroup.com.assemblyai.blurt.iphone.check-invariants.sh(with--self-test), shellcheck, prettier and swift-format are clean.scripts/check.shpasses (or CI will, if I'm not on a Mac)I read AGENTS.md and this doesn't reintroduce anything deliberately removed
