Motivation:
When a message went over webSocketMaxBufferSize, the connection dropped without a close frame, so the server saw 1006. RFC 6455 section 7.4.1 defines 1009 for this case.
Modification:
On TooLongFrameException after the upgrade, send a 1009 close frame before closing.
Result:
The peer receives 1009 instead of an abnormal closure.
