Keep the MongoDB section added by the Boost update while preserving the project-specific AGENTS.md guidance it overwrote, and note that the development branch now deploys only on manual workflow runs. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Hand edits to AGENTS.md are overwritten by boost:update. Store them where Boost reads them instead: - .ai/guidelines/deployments/core.blade.php overrides Boost's Laravel Cloud deployment guideline with the GitHub Actions/deployphp process. - .ai/guidelines/frontend.md notes the project uses Laravel Mix, not Vite. - .ai/rules/filament.md (recorded via record-rule) holds the Filament resource layout, scoped to app/Filament/**. Commit .ai/guidelines and .ai/rules so they are shared; keep only the local .ai/mcp config ignored. Regenerate CLAUDE.md and AGENTS.md. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Move project-specific AI guidance into Boost-managed sources Fixes #465
ImageManager::read() no longer exists in intervention/image v4, so every thumbnail silently fell back to the default image. Add a feature test covering thumbnail generation.
Expedition uploads are now resized once to 636x416 (displayed at 318x208) and stored at uploads/expeditions/logos/<file>, replacing the original/ and medium/ variants. Only the resized image was ever displayed. - ImageUploadService: add fixed-size storage for expeditions and switch to Intervention v4 decode(); read() no longer exists, so variant creation had been failing silently. - ExpeditionPresenter: rename showMediumLogo to showLogo and build the URL from logo_path without S3 exists() calls. - ExpeditionService: delete only the stored logo file on replacement. - Remove the expedition medium/original upload config keys. - AppUpdateQueriesCommand: drop the completed WeDigBio phases, declare the --force option used by deploy, and add the expedition-logo-paths operation to copy medium logos to the new path and update logo_path. - deploy.php: run app:update-queries after migrations with the expedition-logo-paths operation. No delete path removed logo_path from S3, so logos were left behind when expeditions or projects were deleted. - Add ExpeditionLogoObserver and ProjectLogoObserver, registered with the existing cache observers, to delete the stored logo after the record's delete commits. S3 failures are logged and do not block the delete. - DeleteGroupJob now deletes each project through Eloquent; the group cascade fired no model events, so project logos were never removed. Closes #468
