The pusher-transcription-duplicates operation has run in production (0 duplicates remain and classification_id is unique). Remove it and set update_queries_operation back to '' so deploys skip app:update-queries.

Add a --current-path option that fills APP_CURRENT_PATH in the Supervisor templates, defaulting to base_path(). The deploy task passes Deployer's {{current_path}}, so APP_CURRENT_PATH no longer needs to be set per environment; remove it from config.deployment_fields, config/app.php and env.example. Skip creating the Supervisor log directory on dry runs and in tests.
