Description
Describe the bug
Trying to look for SKU's to use for a MySQL Flexible Server does not return any SKU's, no matter the selected region. Deploying with SKU's from docs (i.e. Standard_B1ms) indicates the SKU is invalid.

I still don't see any available SKU in any region when running the command....
here is my test script:

it works with az cli 2.80 and using the --subscription. But in this case the -o table or -o tsv don't work...

az mysql flexible-server list-skus -l <region>returns an empty list ([]) for every region, even though the underlying ARM API(
GET /subscriptions/***/providers/Microsoft.DBforMySQL/locations/<region>/capabilities?api-version=2024-10-01-preview) returns{"value":[]}for some regions/subscriptions, while a comment from another user shows the same command did return SKUsfor other regions/subscriptions and with an older CLI version (2.80). This points to a regression tied to the API version
used in the
mysqlcommand module — likelyapi-version=2024-10-01-previewreturning emptysupportedFlexibleServerEditionsfor capabilities that an older/newer api-version populates correctly, or a missing
