[feature request] uamqp Python library deprecation #1222

The Python uamqp library was slated for deprecation in 1st quarter 2025.
We upgraded our application to Python 3.14 and need to add azure.iot.hub library to our application.
The uamqp library does not have any wheels to support Python 3.14, and since it was slated for deprecation a year ago, there is no active development on it.
The azure.iot.hub library will not install in our environment using pip. We've tried the following without success:

pip install --no-binary :all: uamqp

Describe the solution you'd like
A short-term solution would be to provide a wheel to support installing uamqp library.
A long-term solution would be to remove the dependency for uamqp library.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Our azure.iot.hub code works on Python 3.8, however it was officially deprecated October 2024.
Delay release azure.iot.hub support in our application on Python 3.14.
