Summary
Every sub-repository README.md should display the product banner SVG at the top and include a direct link back to azurelocal.cloud, so that the repo is immediately recognizable and navigable as part of the Azure Local ecosystem.

All 9 sub-repos updated: banner SVG in README, Azure Local badge, and azurelocal.cloud documentation link. azurelocal-nutanix-migration also received a new README (it had none). Ranger and S2DCartographer already had banners — badge and link added.
