docs: host site on devopsgen.bangkah.tech (Cloudflare Workers) - #24

Merge SSR+prerender into a single vite build behind a closeBundle hook (also targets cf forced build output), adopt cf auto-config (cloudflare.config.ts, vite-plugin, deploy script), point SITE_URL/canonical/sitemap/robots and README at devopsgen.bangkah.tech, and rebuild dist.

Deploys the prerendered docs site to Cloudflare Workers static assets with the custom domain https://devopsgen.bangkah.tech/ (already live). Build now unifies client+SSR+prerender into a single vite build (cf-compatible), SITE_URL/sitemap/robots/canonical point at the new domain, README updated.
