Work in progress, merge only after all checks pass. Adds native omega and descriptive chi1 geometry; imports official wwPDB per-residue Ramachandran/rotamer/clash/bond-angle annotations without conflating them with RamplotR's density-based classifications; adds optional local NGL CCP4/MRC isosurfaces (visual aid, not fit score); circular residue-matched multi-model ensemble analysis; and offline multi-structure R batch processing with CSV, JSON, SVG and HTML outputs and provenance. Main UI exposes only optional collapsible panels so the compact 2D/3D workflow stays clear. Adds synthetic and real-structure regression tests, and documents external/reference limitations. Phase A and B code and tagged historical release are unchanged. Browser and cross-platform CI are being verified.
