Replace the chronological Phase A/B/C README with a researcher-focused project overview: current capabilities, linked 2D/3D inspection, AlphaFold and ESMFold confidence, independent wwPDB evidence, ensembles, batch analysis, installation, scientific limitations, citations and documentation. Include five permanent, curated screenshots from the latest passing real-browser test artifact (1CRN, 1BBB, synthetic prediction PAE and 1D3Z). Add a reproducible screenshot-curation script and an on-demand screenshot refresh workflow. All README image paths were verified in the branch; the screenshot-generation workflow completed successfully.
