Redesigns the Compare tab into side-by-side backbone-angle and 3D superposition views. The camera fits just the selected chains after NGL finishes superposing them, and selecting an aligned point, comparison table row or either structure's residue highlights both aligned partners. A paired inspector shows PDB numbering (with insertion codes), individual φ/ψ and wrapped Δφ/Δψ, region changes and alignment gaps; an exact-number finder handles positions like 104. Primary selections remain linked to the main inspector and sequence navigator when visible under current filters.
The expanded sequence navigator now labels every tenth true PDB number, has a per-chain jump field and selected-position status, and shows exact per-residue pLDDT scores with a separate confidence underline and legend, never confusing model confidence with Ramachandran classification.
Adds JS and R regression tests, extended live browser tests (comparison, numbering, prediction confidence) and updated user documentation.
Validation: CI in progress. Native R/Chrome tests cover relevant interactions; a manual browser check of NGL camera framing on complex multi-chain, multi-model and insertion/deletion cases is still worthwhile before merging.
