Verification

• Decimals verified on-chain via RPC (robinhood chain, Base, Arbitrum, BSC) and issuer home domains via Horizon.
• tsc --build clean; statics unit suite shows no new failures vs clean master (14 pre-existing env failures unchanged); eslint 0 errors, prettier clean.
• Suffixes follow the ticket symbols (XLM:WTGXX etc.) since stellar asset codes are WTGX/FLTT/WTSI.
