Add a Debug-only portfolio panel renderer - #10

Render the menu bar panel for portfolio use: transparent PNGs at exactly 2 px per point, cropped to the panel edge, identical in light and dark, plus a fully expanded variant, from a fictional fixture. The images are regenerated on demand, so docs/screenshots/portfolio/ is gitignored; CONTRIBUTING documents the render and icon export commands.

PRMonitor --portfolio <dir>(Debug builds only), which renders the menu bar panel as transparent PNGs at exactly 2 px per point, cropped to the panel edge with no shadow. It produces light and dark versions with identical content, plus a fully expanded variant, all from a fictional fixture.docs/screenshots/portfolio/is gitignored, since the images are regenerated on demand for the portfolio site.ictoolcommand for a 1024 px icon in its default style.Monitor.loadPreviewgains anupdatedSecondsAgoparameter, so the light and dark renders can't disagree on the "Updated …" line.Verified locally:
