Mobile fixed Agent health-check requests and durable result verification #2153
Description
Observable slice
From the existing Cloud channel Agent page, an authenticated organization member requests the fixed health-check from one active Agent. A locally preauthorized independent process reports completed/rejected/needs-review as a typed same-channel result. Phone and formal CLI see the same request/result identity. This extends the Human-authorized autonomous UAT goal; no Prod or merge.
Acceptance
- Persist a stable request operation/target/expiry before network I/O; retries do not create another work item. Session/user/org changes cannot send it elsewhere.
- Actual requester comes from authentication. Target, fixed capability and expiry are structured; ordinary text cannot start work. No shell/path arguments.
- Phone has a clear request action, explains local authorization, and displays canonical pending/result text. Members can request without owner administration rights. Direct guests/work forwarding follow separately.
- Actual UAT phone -> independent reference Agent -> same channel result; formal CLI readback, process replay without another execution, expired/local-denied behavior and interruption recovery. Bound exact native/source/service evidence.
- Source/client tests and six form/accessibility/theme checks where changed controls need them; session logout isolation. Existing native binary preserved if inputs unchanged; use shared device queue.
Stack on #2152 and service BotHarness/tob#22. Parent T3 BotHarness/tob#4 stays open for WS, DSH binding and remaining gates. No claim of physical-device/Human QA from Simulator evidence.
Merge outcome — 2026-10-18
Human authorized merge and closure of completed slices. PR #2154 was integrated with its original commits through #2157 into main. This issue’s bounded implementation and recorded UAT path are complete. Source, Simulator, real UAT and historical Human-assisted browser evidence retain their published boundaries; no new physical-device/Android/Human acceptance is implied. Broader identity-event revocation, WebSocket, org-wide Agents and T1–T5 acceptance remain in BotHarness/tob#1 and its child tasks. No Prod deployment or release.

Owner CLI confirms exactly4messages and identity/request-result correlations. Six Dynamic Type/theme controls reachable, max action used; cold restart/refresh retains same session/results. Own mobile logout/remote/latest-refresh/local deletion and otherCLI isolation pass. RuntimeCI39088289282 passed; latest evidence-only CI tracked on PR. Six embedded PR images independently verified rendered.
Local HTML review aid is saved under the ignored task folder and bound to this exact head; it is not a hosted reviewer artifact. Public PR outline plus evidence README contain the same boundaries. First failures and limits are recorded in the evidence README. Android/physical/Human/HostedAuthKit/WS/DSH/two-Host unqualified. Batch18 released, own testAgent revoked and mobile fixture removed; no Prod/merge.
Next autonomous scope is the DSH adapter/two isolated Hosts through real UAT, with an explicit local work policy and durable authority. Keep T3/overall goal open. This issue is ready for Human review, not closed by source or native evidence alone.
