iOS: native composer actions and dictation gestures #2575
Description
Problem
The composer uses UIKit text entry and Liquid Glass material, but ordinary controls use React Native press handlers and dictation uses PanResponder.
Scope
- SwiftUI attachment/cancel, Send/Expand and return-to-latest buttons. Embedded controls share the island; return-to-latest uses a system glass button.
- Preserve the stable input, drafts, mentions, attachment tray and Android behavior.
- Native iOS gesture recognition and system microphone/stop symbols for dictation. Preserve tap-to-lock, hold/release, left cancel, upward lock and accessible start/stop. Interrupted holds must not leave recording running accidentally.
- No new recording backend or audio-message sending.
Verification
Focused actions/dictation tests, mobile types and relevant lint. Submit immutable source refs to shared iOS QA after Batch 51 for matched themes/text sizes, keyboard, attachments/send, return-to-latest and recording evidence. Physical microphone, VoiceOver and Release performance gaps remain explicit.
Follow-up to #2566 / #2567; explicitly requested by the Human in the same task.
