This adds guides for readiness checks (
doctor), verification (verify), and recursive discovery. Before this, the public guide didn't listdoctororverifyin its navigation or command overview, and recursive discovery and several other current features were hard to find.Every command is now linked from the overview. The User Guide is structured around setup, discovery, downloads, troubleshooting, and JSON output, and inventory creation links to resumable manifest downloads. In the setup examples, the certificate setting is now the correct
vospace_certfile, and the setup page ends with a newdoctorcheck. All 18 generated pages and 869 internal references and search targets were checked, and the strict standalone MkDocs build passes. Overview links are there for all 12 registered commands. Focused pre-commit hooks pass, and the new guides were reviewed in source and checked in a browser. Runtime behavior doesn't change.
