feat: 관리자 컨테이너 상세에 포트·상태 확인 시각·작업 기록·GPU 이름을 보임 - #228

- 개요에 포트 표(용도·컨테이너 포트·NodePort·외부 주소)를 추가한다. 목록 응답엔 포트가 없어 신청 단건을 읽는다 - 상태 옆에 k8s에서 읽은 시각을 적고 상태 새로고침 버튼을 둔다. 목록 머리에도 같은 시각을 보인다 - 신청 관리에만 있던 작업 단계 기록을 상세의 "작업 기록" 탭으로도 보인다 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
