perf: 관리자 컨테이너 상태를 Pod마다 묻지 않고 admin_be가 읽어 둔 값으로 보임 - #229

- 목록을 열 때마다 컨테이너 수 × 2번(Pod 상세·진행 상태) 부르던 조회를 없애고 목록 응답의 pod·statusCheckedAt을 쓴다 - "상태 새로고침"은 admin_be에 즉시 다시 읽기를 요청한 뒤 목록을 새로 받는다 - 확인 시각 옆에 5분마다 자동 확인임을 적고, 확인 시각에 Pod가 없던 승인 완료 신청은 "Pod 없음"으로 보인다 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

GET /api/admin/pods/{name}·provisioning-status조회를 없애고, 목록 응답의pod·statusCheckedAt을 쓴다(쓰지 않게 된podService.getPod제거)POST /api/admin/pods/status-refresh로 즉시 다시 읽게 한 뒤 목록을 새로 받는다. 실패하면 이전 확인 시각의 상태가 남아 있음을 알린다확인
