Two pages said, or implied, that the core, ring and registration metrics need the measured reference PSF's stars. Since rapid PRs 465 and 468, under
reference_psf = "science"they come from the reference mosaic's SExtractor catalog mapped onto the science grid.system/difference.md: the quality numbers' paragraph names where the stars come from underscience.system/datasets.md: GBTDS's "only the usable fraction exists to judge" is replaced by run 139's first numbers onr00340-gb3's sample, and by the gate's replayed answer (held on the core every epoch).Measurements. Run 139, three epochs: core −0.0485 / −0.0434 / −0.0362, ring −0.0386 / −0.0379 / −0.0385, registration (dx, dy) (+0.002, +0.010), (−0.003, +0.005), (−0.012, +0.015) px, 29 stars each. Raw evidence: rapid's runbook step gate-sci-psf.
