feat(settings): show the team, its id, and who changed what - #44
Someone who joined a team saw only themselves on Settings → Team. The roster stored invites, and the account owner is not an invite row. The role in the before screenshot is admin, so that person is on someone else's account and the owner was missing from the table.
Save timezone sat off the timezone field. The button was shorter than the input, and the timezone suggestion list stretched the label, so the button lined up with the label instead of the field.
What
Team lists the owner plus every invite, for every role. Pending invites stay pending. The owner row cannot be removed.
Team ID on that card is the account id, with copy.
Activity records who changed this account: invites, campaign edits, settings, and support access. Click traffic and conversions stay in the campaign logs. The latest 500 rows are kept per account. Migration 0024_audit_log.sql.
New read-only MCP tool list_activity (91 tools).
Save timezone and Add domain sit on the same row as their fields. On a narrow screen they wrap underneath at the same height.

Summary by CodeRabbit
New Features
Added an account Activity view showing recent account changes, separate from campaign traffic.
Team listings now include the account owner and team ID. The MCP tools include a read-only activity listing.
Account changes such as team updates and settings changes are recorded in the activity log.
Bug Fixes
The Remove button is no longer shown for team owners.
Improved alignment of timezone and tracking-domain settings.
Documentation
Added guidance on team details and the difference between account activity and campaign logs.
The member list only stored invites, so someone who joined a team saw only themselves. List the account owner with them, show the account id as the team id, and record dashboard changes on an Activity tab. Line the timezone and domain buttons up with their fields.

Walkthrough
This PR adds account-level audit logging for recognized mutations, exposes audit entries through the ops API, and adds activity views in the dashboard and MCP tools. Team responses now include the account owner and account ID. Settings forms use a shared row layout.

Audit records and team identity migrations/0024_audit_log.sql, tests/schema.ts, worker/types-ops.ts, src/lib/api.ts, worker/db/ops.ts, tests/ops.test.ts, tests/security.test.ts
Adds the audit record schema and types. Team-member results can include the account owner, and database helpers look up members and pending invites. Tests check owner membership.
Recognizes supported mutations and records successful authenticated API mutations. Audit listing combines account records with account-access events. Account switching, logout, and account-scoped token behavior are covered by tests.
Team and audit endpoints worker/routes/ops.ts, tests/ops.test.ts
Team responses include account IDs and members for viewers. The audit endpoint returns account entries. Team invitation and membership operations validate records and record audit events.
The dashboard displays team identity and activity entries. MCP adds list_activity; related documentation, displayed tool counts, and tests are updated.

Merge Risk: Moderate · up to 26a68
Any team member, including a read-only viewer, can push earlier entries out of the account's Activity log by repeatedly switching accounts, which undermines the log's purpose as a record of who changed what. Remove or restrict the switch-account audit write before merging. The missing index on the access-log table is a smaller follow-up.

logout-all revokes the session before a later lookup can see it, so the actor is read first. Personal token changes belong to that user, even while they are viewing a team.

Gate actor lookup on recordable mutations.
requireUser runs for every non-read request under /api/*, even when describeMutation returns null. A credentialed request to /api/v1/convert or a skipped /api/auth/* route can therefore perform an unnecessary session or API-token lookup. Requests with neither a cookie nor an Authorization header return early without I/O, so this does not affect every request.
Call describeMutation before requireUser and reuse the pathname:

listAuditLog filters account_access_log by account_id, but the migration defines only an index on (actor_user_id, created_at). Activity requests can scan the full access-log table as it grows.

Do not let switch-account write to the capped audit log.
Any account member can call POST /switch-account, including a viewer. Each call inserts a "Switched to this account" row into the target account's audit_log. recordAudit keeps only the newest 500 rows per account and has no throttle. A viewer can send about 500 switch requests and push every earlier entry out of the owner's Activity log. Invites, removals, and support-access records are among the entries lost. A call with account_id equal to the caller's own ID also writes noise into the personal log.
Remove this write. Joining a team is already recorded by "Accepted the team invite". If switch events must stay, exempt them from the 500-row cap or dedupe them per actor within a time window.
Then remove the unused recordAudit import at Line 16.
