The existing Privacy Policy and Terms named Digital Shift OÜ, but the confirmed Stripe company record identifies CodepushGo, LLC. Update both pages and add a public /imprint using Stripe's company name, US business address, support email and telephone. All legal pages share the same company details, and the shared footer links to the imprint.

Remove the incorrect Estonian company/registry, establishment, accounting-law and exclusive-court references. Retain applicable-law and mandatory consumer rights wording without inventing a replacement exclusive forum or a company registration number.

Stripe's live Capve customer portal now links to https://capve.app/privacy and https://capve.app/terms; this setting was updated through Stripe MCP and verified. Account-level inspection also confirmed that the business profile already names Capve and uses the correct website. Documentation records the remaining account findings: CAPGO statement descriptor, empty support URL, outstanding Atlas requirements, and no Tax registrations. Account-update operations are not exposed through this MCP connection. Billing, automatic tax and the webhook remain disabled pending activation requirements. No account legal identity, formation data or production deployment was changed.

Based on current main after #48 was merged, including its final concurrency fix.

Validation: all 150 tests pass; type checking and production build pass (existing bundle-size warning). Manually checked the rendered imprint and legal navigation on desktop and at 390px mobile width; no horizontal overflow. Screenshots are committed below.
