A change touching only markdown, docs/, design/ or LICENSE cannot alter what builds or what the tests see; docs.yml still checks the prose. mote_bringup/wifi/README.md is re-included because test_wifi_roaming.py reads it. #120 added a 330-word 'Fleet: loading a promoted map' section to the old file. Its narrative already lives in docs/fleet/README.md §11; the rules it carried become bullets under Map registry. The 'next bringup' line and the DDS total (~27) are corrected, and a short 'Editing this file' rule says what belongs here so the next feature adds bullets, not a section. #118 replaced CLAUDE.md with a rules-and-pointers file. This branch's two edits to the old file become bullets in the new one: the conformance test needs jsonschema (dev env) and no longer carries a strict xfail, and #616 is settled, leaving #629 as the one open disagreement with zone/v0.
