graft/ is gitignored, so new worktrees started with an empty graph until someone ran graft build. List it in .worktreeinclude (Orca, Claude Code) and add the matching copy step to .cursor/worktrees.json; the Cursor step is skipped when the root checkout has no graft/ yet.
