Windows desktop app: title-bar buttons overflow and obscure content

What happened

In the Windows desktop app, the minimize, maximize/restore, and close buttons in the top-right corner appear to take up too much vertical space.

The buttons/title-bar area is noticeably taller than necessary, causing the controls to overflow into the application content area and partially hide content underneath them. This makes the top portion of the UI look visually cramped and reduces the amount of usable space.

I expected the window controls to stay within a compact title-bar area without overlapping or obscuring the application's content.

A smaller, more compact title-bar height would make the interface look cleaner while also improving accessibility and preserving more usable content space.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the Freebuff desktop app on Windows.
2. Open the main application window.
3. Look at the top-right corner of the window.
4. Observe the minimize, maximize/restore, and close buttons.
5. Notice that the title-bar/control area is taller than necessary and overlaps or visually obscures content behind it.
