RAVEN 3 development moved from SysBioChalmers/RAVEN to this repository, and these links still pointed to the old repository and its wiki.

  • checkRaven: the newest version was read from SysBioChalmers/RAVEN/main/version.txt, which holds 2.11.4. Because the version components are compared one by one, 2.11.4 was reported as newer than 3.0.0b1, so every RAVEN 3 installation was told to upgrade to RAVEN 2.
  • checkRaven, standardizeModelFieldOrder and the tutorials: the help texts and upgrade instructions linked to the SysBioChalmers wiki, which describes RAVEN 2.
  • README.md: the release and Discussions badges, the support and contributing links pointed to SysBioChalmers/RAVEN, and the text described its branch layout (develop3).
  • .github/issue_template.md, .github/pull_request_template.md and CONTRIBUTING.md: the issue search, Discussions, releases and release-policy links pointed to SysBioChalmers/RAVEN.
  • docs/v3_review.md: the raven-gecko-parity references named its previous owner.

The raven-data links are left to #5, which replaces them. This PR and #2 both change the README sentence about the wiki; the PR that merges second needs to keep this version of that line.
